THE BASIS FOR SMOOTH SLURRY PROCESSING IS THE RIGHT PUMP!

Reliable slurry delivery

The objectives of submersible motor and rotary pumps:

  • Clog-free performance thanks to a shear edge and
    large-volume housing
  • Trouble-free flow with agitated slurry
  • No settling of solids

SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS

Submersible pumps are the gold standard in reliable and maintenance-friendly slurry pumping.

ECCENTRIC SCREW PUMPS

The classic solution for smooth slurry delivery over longer distances or for pumping.

The tasks of the right pump

Sounds simple … and it also is: the pump should pump slurry. For as long as possible, with minimal wear, without blockages and as quickly as possible. Several factors are crucial to ensure that the technology really works as simply as it should:

Clog-free pumping thanks to powerful performance

Right from the start, the correctly dimensioned pump is the basis for trouble-free operation. Depending on the depth of the manure pit and the distances to be pumped, the pump technology is expected to deliver an appropriate performance. If the pump is too powerful, it consumes too much energy and the costs of purchase and operation increase. If it has too little power, it lacks strength in the long term, the throughput is too low or the wear is comparatively high. We therefore advise each company individually on the best pump for them. Then the pump can do exactly what it was built for: pumping, pumping, pumping.

Submersible or rotary pump?

The range of suitable pumps is large. In most cases, however, the decision is made between a submersible and rotary pump. Submersible pumps run reliably and safely, are powerful, effective and at the same time environmentally friendly. In particular, the spiral shear edge and a large-volume housing prevent blockages. Furthermore, the smooth design means that almost no solids can accumulate. In comparison, the rotary pump has an extremely long service life and virtually no downtime.

Pump ≠ Pump

It is often not easy to tell at first glance which pump in which dimension suits your requirements. We would therefore be happy to advise you on site on the right pump for you. Our main focus is on durable, low-maintenance solutions. This means that you and your business can enjoy your new pump system for a long time.
