PUMPING STATIONS - SOIL PROTECTION AND HIGH SPREADING RATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION
Get more out of your slurry
With up to 290 hp stationary motor, a radio remote control, and an hourly capacity of up to 400m³, our pump stations assist in even greater slurry distribution. Whether screw, centrifugal or professional pumping station: pumping stations reliably pump exactly as much liquid manure as your crop needs.

From the farm to the tractor
Pumping stations transport the manure from the slurry pit to the field. The most important factors when choosing the right pumping system are the flow rate, the power requirement and robust technology that can withstand differences in height and pumping distances. A distinction is made between three basic systems:
Screw pump systems
The professional pumping system for long hoses and large height differences pumps between 60 and 200 m3 per hour at a hose pressure of 16 or 20 bar. This requires between 50 and 130 hp of power at maximum pressure. Our screw pump systems are distinguished by their strong bearing frame, hollow ring rotor for smooth operation, and flanged connections. The constant delivery rate of the self-priming pump is the basis for further trouble-free application.
Centrifugal pump system
The centrifugal pump system offers many advantages, especially for large farms, thanks to its low wear and tear at a pumping capacity of up to 300 m³ per hour. With a rotor speed of max. 2600 rpm, it requires 170 hp of power and pumps the slurry through the hoses at 14 bar. On request, it is available with a professional self-priming device or pre-feed pump.
Professional pumping station with air compressor
Our pump units are uncompromisingly designed for use by contractors, machinery rings and large farms. The units are available as three-point hitch or trailer-mounted machines. The pumps themselves are supplied either with a cardan shaft drive or with a stationary motor. For the pumps, you can choose between screw pumps (only available as trailer-mounted machines) and centrifugal pumps (with a stationary motor as trailer-mounted machine).
FPT motors with an output of 127 kW for screw pumps and 170 kW for centrifugal pumps are used to drive the stationary motor version. Thanks to the high power reserves, the engines can be operated in the lower speed range and are therefore very efficient in terms of diesel consumption. The highlight of the pump units is the drive unit: the pump and the air compressor are driven by high-quality power belts. One tap of your finger is all it takes to switch between the slurry pump and compressor. The air compressor blows 7700 liters of air through the hoses at a pressure of up to 15 bar. Only this makes it possible to completely empty the hoses even under difficult conditions. On request, the professional pumping station can be equipped with a Profi-Pilot radio remote control, inductive flow rate measurement and a front-mounted cutting head.
