HOSE SYSTEMS FOR AN EFFECTIVE SLURRY DISTRIBUTION!

They help you cover a large distance!

The objectives when using hoses and couplings:

  • Quick and easy to use

  • No more back-and-forth trips to the farm for slurry refills

  • Less ground pressure

  • Works on any incline

HOSES

Our hose models transport the liquid manure from the farm to the field - reliably and quickly.

HOSE COUPLING

A symmetrical quick coupling with equal parts on both sides ensures easy coupling of the hose ends.

WITH THE RIGHT HOSE SYSTEM, NO DISTANCE IS TOO FAR!

Hose instead of tank

Whether steep slopes, high application rates or long distances from the farm: the right hose and coupling technology can overcome almost any distance. This eliminates the need to refill the slurry tank and saves both time and driving distance. At the same time, the weight load on the soil is significantly lower and smaller tractors can also be used to spread slurry.

The most effective spreading method for slurry

Depending on the hose design, the output is up to 250 m³/hour. The towing vehicle in the field is equipped with the spreading device. There is an option to use a splash plate, swivel distributor, hanging pipes, trailing shoes or a slurry injector. Hoses with a diameter of 65 mm to 152 mm are used as slurry lines, which are connected to the spreader.

How is slurry transported?

The slurry is pumped directly from the farm to the tractor in the field via the flexible hoses. This allows the driver to spread the slurry without driving back and forth with an empty tank. For non-consolidated or partially consolidated farms, slurry can be transported using tanker trucks or tractor-drawn slurry tanks. This means that only a light tractor is needed in the field to spread the farm manure.

The hose system has many advantages

Although application by hose may seem more complicated at first glance, don’t let this fool you: the constant transport of manure to the field enables high hourly outputs with minimal ground pressure. At the same time, it can also be used on steep slopes. In addition to precise distribution of the liquid manure, spreading is also possible in wet soil conditions and the roads are also less polluted.
